Karen has over 20 years of experience working with developers, boards of directors, condominium associations, and condominium residents. During her professional career she has successfully demonstrated her expertise in a variety of areas including: personnel training and development, budgeting for new and existing associations including mixed use, planning and implementation, project management, and organizational development.

Karen began her career in Miami, Florida as an portfolio manager, worked on- site as the General Manager of The Grand, a 1210 unit mixed use condominium, then as the General Manager of Fisher Island, a luxury condominium project off South Beach. She was promoted to District Manager and supervised on-site managers of luxury high rise properties. She was promoted to Vice President heading a division of District Managers and coordinating the developer consulting team. She was recruited from Continental Group in Hollywood, Florida, to Las Vegas to develop and supervise the High Rise Division for RMI Management, LLC, another First Service Company.

With Karen’s expertise and experience, she has been able to provide administrative, operational, and managerial support to developers, managers, association boards and residents, developing budgets, and financial reports, review of association covenants and restrictions, selection of contractors and insurance providers. Her dedication, along with that of staff members working with her, has played a big part in making RMI Management, LLC. the leader in high rise management in Southern Nevada.
