With more than ten years of real estate experience, Kiki has a strong understanding of the local real estate market and has enjoyed success with the projects that she’s been a part of. As Director of Business Development for Viridian Group, a full-service real estate brokerage representing Sullivan Square, Kiki is responsible for bringing new developers into the Viridian portfolio and creating sales channels for those developers. Kiki’s entry into the Las Vegas high-rise market was as a sales executive at Allure Las Vegas. Prior to that Kiki was the community sales manager for Sedona on the Boulevard, and was the #1 salesperson in 2005 for her role in leading that project to become the fastest selling and one of the most successful condo-conversion communities in Las Vegas.

Kiki’s passion to succeed is not limited to real estate. With 20+ years in the corporate world, Kiki has managed within several areas of the corporate disciplines including Real Estate and Facilities Management, Human Resources, Public Relations, Public Affairs and Crisis Communications, for both US and international corporations. Prior to moving into the Las Vegas real estate market, Kiki was a founding employee and director of a multi-million dollar e-commerce company in San Francisco, INTERSHOP Communications. A resident of Munich, Germany for two years, Kiki also speaks German.

Today, as she is deeply involved in the real estate community, Kiki is a Nevada Broker/Salesperson with numerous professional designations. She serves on the 2007 Board of Women’s Council of Realtors and is the PR & Marketing Chairperson for Las Vegas High-Rise and Condo Association. Kiki has always had a passion for developing cities dating back to her years in Houston, Texas where she was an active member of the Downtown Houston Association, one of the organizations that was instrumental in the dramatic revitalization of Downtown Houston.
