Patty Fournier, is the Regional Business Development Representative for Humphreys & Partners Architects, Las Vegas, Nevada office. Patty joined Humphreys & Partners in October of 1999.

While attending Long Beach State College, Patty worked in the Airline Industry beginning as a Customer Service Agent for Transamerica Airlines from 1979 - 1982, then assisted with a new airline based in Long Beach, CA named Jet America Airlines where she was a Sales & Marketing Representative from 1982 - 1986. In 1986 Alaska Airlines purchased Jet America and Patty stayed on as an Alaska Airlines Operations Agent until 1988 when she made her move to Las Vegas!

Patty also has nearly 20 years of Construction and Development experience. She began working with her Father in the 80’s assisting with the family business of Real Estate Appraising and Consulting. She then worked as a Construction and Engineering Secretary for a World-wide Construction Management Company named Fluor Daniel Corp. Patty began working for Humphreys & Partners in 1999 immediately after completion of Fluor Daniel’s Las Vegas project “The Aladdin”.

Patty moved to Las Vegas in 1988 and has seen a lot of development happen in that time period. She also is an active member of Southern Nevada Homebuilders Association, where she serves on the Community Development Committee, as well as the National Homebuilders Assn. She is also the President of an HOA Board for a Condo Conversion project in Las Vegas named Sevilla. In addition, she is also a member of the LVHCA where she has served on the Marketing and PR Committee and assisted with the development of the new website.

A native of Nebraska, by way of Southern California, Ms. Fournier looks forward to the New Wave of Development to come for the Las Vegas area and is proud to be a part of it.
