President - Frankie Stevenson, CMCA®, AMS®, PCAM® 


Francesca "Frankie" Stevenson founded Pinnacle Community Association Management in March 2006. Frankie has a total of 18 years' experience in the management of communities both in California and for the past 16 years in Southern Nevada. She and her team specialize in the management of single family homes, large scale condominiums, hi-rise/mid-rise communities, and townhomes. Frankie has an extensive knowledge of the Nevada Revised Statutes 116 which governs common interest communities in Nevada. Since July 2007, Frankie has personally specialized in the management of several luxury high rise condo tower’s located in Southern Nevada.


After receiving her Bachelor of Arts Degree from St. Mary's College of California, Frankie began working as an auditor with Thomas Havey, LLC for approximately 3 years. She was recruited by PriceWaterhouseCoopers, an international CPA firm, where she focused on auditing banks and security exchanges. Her previous experience as an auditor gives her a sound understanding of accounting functions. Her current management experience along with her accounting background gives her a unique ability to manage communities as well as actively handle their accounting needs.



Vice President - Jason R. Logsdon, LCAM®


As Regional Vice President for Marksman Security Corporation, Mr. Logsdon's skills, expertise and experience in property, service, personnel and fiscal management have benefit Marksman's ability to maintain client expectations, accountability and maintain consistency throughout its westward expansion.

Prior to this, Mr. Logsdon was General Manager for a luxury high-rise association in Tampa, FL.  He maintains his credentials as a licensed community association manager.  Mr. Logsdon studied Business Law and Operations at George Mason University and the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.  Mr. Logsdon's additional management experiences include service in the US Army Reserve, Hotel Management/Operations and Commercial Banking.


In addition to the LVHCA, Mr. Logsdon is an active member of the American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS), the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA), the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), a sponsor member to Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and a national sponsor and security provider for the Community Associations Institute (CAI).


Treasurer - Kimberly Victoria


Kimberly Victoria was born in a small town called Crestline which is very close to Big Bear Ski Resort in the Southern California Mountains.  Her stepfather was an architect and they moved the family to Las Vegas in 1977 during the beginning of the construction boom in the Las Vegas valley.  Kimberly graduated from Clark High School and attended Clark County Community College.

Kimberly has been in the HOA industry for the last 16 years.  Eleven of those years have been spent working with Angius & Terry LLP.  Her responsibilities include client relations, marketing, advertising and business development.  Kimberly is involved with several organizations that cater to the common-interest community industry such as CAI, CAMEO, NACM and the LVHCA.

In her spare time, Kimberly likes to spend time with her two kids and her two dogs.  She also likes to read, watch movies, go to concerts, bake and pursue other hobbies.



Secretary - Scott Jaegel, SCM®, CMCA®, AMS®


Scott Jaegel is a community manager with FirstService Residential Nevada and has been in the common interest community industry for over 16 years. During his time as a community manager he has managed multiple high rise, mid-rise, and large scale communities and is now General Manager at Panorama Towers Condominium Unit Owners’ Association in Las Vegas, NV.


Mr. Jaegel was born and raised in las Vegas and attended the University of Nevada Las Vegas where he studied Architecture and Graphic Design. He holds a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation from The Community Association Managers International Certification Board, an Association Management Specialist (AMS) designation from the Community Associations Institute, in addition to being a Supervisory Common-Interest Community Manager with the Nevada Real Estate Division.


Scott’s background prior to the HOA industry is a strong customer service background from working in hotel management and retail management, along with some time spent as a legal assistant. In his spare time Scott enjoys spending time with his wife and 4 children, travel, coach his son’s football team, and teach his children new things.

Director At Large - Jennifer Huerta


Corporate Counsel - Michael McKelleb, Esq.


Michael McKelleb is an attorney with Angius & Terry LLP who practices exclusively in community association law, primarily serving as general corporate counsel for common-interest community associations. He assists associations in all aspects of their operations, including negotiation and drafting contracts, compliance with state law and governing documents by providing opinion letters, dispute resolution, including providing representation in mediations and litigation in state and federal courts.


Mr. McKelleb received his B.A. in Communications from Southern Utah University and his Juris Doctor from the William S. Boyd School of law at the University of Nevada Las Vegas.


Mr. McKelleb frequently lectures and writes articles regarding community associations.  Mr. McKelleb is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, the Clark County Bar Association, the Washoe County Bar Association, the Community Associations Institute (CAI), serving as a member of Nevada’s Legislative Action Committee, and the American Bankruptcy Institute.
