Vice President - Frankie Stevenson, CMCA®, AMS®

 

Francesca "Frankie" Stevenson founded Pinnacle Community Association Management in March 2006. Frankie has a total of 15 years' experience in the management of communities both in California and for the past 13 years in Southern Nevada. She and her team specialize in the management of single family homes, large scale condominiums, hi-rise/mid-rise communities, and townhomes. Frankie has an extensive knowledge of the Nevada Revised Statutes 116 which governs common interest communities in Nevada. Since July 2012, Frankie has been the Executive Manager at Sky Las Vegas, a luxury high rise condo tower located on the Las Vegas Strip. Previously, she managed both Turnberry Towers East and Four Turnberry Place, high rise properties she still assists with today.

 

After receiving her Bachelor of Arts Degree from St. Mary's College of California, Frankie began working as an auditor with Thomas Havey, LLC for approximately 3 years. She was recruited by PriceWaterhouseCoopers, an international CPA firm, where she focused on auditing banks and security exchanges. Her previous experience as an auditor gives her a sound understanding of accounting functions. Her current management experience along with her accounting background gives her a unique ability to manage communities as well as actively handle their accounting needs.

Secretary - Jason R. Logsdon, LCAM

 

As Regional Vice President for Marksman Security Corporation, Mr. Logsdon's skills, expertise and experience in property, service, personnel and fiscal management have benefit Marksman's ability to maintain client expectations, accountability and maintain consistency throughout its westward expansion.

Prior to joining Marksman in 2012, Mr. Logsdon was General Manager for a luxury high-rise association in Tampa, FL.  He maintains his credentials as a licensed community association manager.  Mr. Logsdon studied Business Law and Operations at George Mason University and the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.  Mr. Logsdon's additional management experiences include service in the US Army Reserve, Hotel Management/Operations and Commercial Banking.

 

 

Director - Alicia Syverson

Alicia Syverson was born on Eglin Air force Base in Fort Walton Beach Florida.  When she was 4 years old her family moved to Las Vegas where her father was accepted to the Thunderbirds an elite organization in the Air Force.  Alicia graduated from Bonanza High School and was accepted to the College of Southern Nevada on a full ride softball scholarship where she studied Horticulture & Marketing. Her day to day work activities at Steamatic include Account Management, Customer Relations, Marketing, Advertising and of course Business Development.

 

Alicia has been involved in the HOA and Commercial Property and Community management industry for over a decade.  Several organizations she is involved with include CAI, IREM, LVHCA, CREW and NPFMA.  Alicia is well verse in the aspects involved in managing properties in the Las Vegas valley.  Along with sitting on several committees in each organization Alicia loves to give back to the community in 2014 Alicia along with a  group of other community members collected over $15,000 dollars that was donated to Spread the word Nevada a local charity helping each child receive a book in the Clark County school district.

 

In Alicia’s spare time she likes to spend it with her family.  Miles her son is 6 years old started Kindergarten this year and is a very smart young man who loves learning about animals and playing soccer.  Alicia likes to shoot guns, ride with her boyfriend on his motorcycle and relax at the family’s lake house when she is not working hard at Steamatic.

Curriculum Vitae

 

William Paul Wright, Esq. received his Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit School of Law in 1993. In his third year he served as a member of American Inns of Court, by request from that organization, which was founded by Chief Justice of the United States Supreme Court Warren Burger, as one of only sixteen law students in the State of Michigan. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a concentration in Management, from Hawaii Pacific University in 1986. He was admitted to practice by the Supreme Court of Florida in 1994 (currently in retired status), and the Supreme Court of Nevada in 2000. He is a member of the Nevada Bar Real Property Section, and it's Common-Interest Community ("CIC") Committee, where he drafts proposed legislation and testifies before the Nevada Legislature. He currently serves as corporate counsel to Community Association Management Executive Officers, Inc. ("CAMEO"), and Las Vegas High Rise Condominium Association, Inc. ("LVHCA").

 

Prior to establishing Wright Law Firm Ltd in 2012, Attorney Wright spent over six years at a prominent Nevada law firm practicing exclusively in the area of CIC law, as it's Senior Corporate Counsel. Prior to entering the practice of CIC law, he spent over six years employed at a large, international communications company. As General Counsel of that company, he directed a staff of a dozen attorneys, advised corporate principals and senior executives, represented the corporation before federal and state regulatory agencies, including the Federal Communications Commission, State Attorneys General and Public Utility Commissions, directed and assisted outside litigation counsel, and directed an in-house regulatory and tariffing staff. He was the company's youngest General Counsel in its fourteen year history.

 

Attorney Wright has also worked as in-house counsel for an international corporation providing health care personnel recruiting and placement, representing the corporation before various regulatory agencies including the Immigration and Naturalization Service, and writing portions of federal immigration law for adoption by the United States Congress; as a sole practitioner in the areas of personal injury litigation, fair debt and collections practices, general practice civil litigation and consultation to other law firms on personal injury practice; and as an associate attorney for law firms in the areas of commercial collections, personal injury, bankruptcy, probate, and general practice civil litigation.
