LVHCA announces 2008 board members, launches new Web site 

LAS VEGAS – The Las Vegas High-Rise & Condominium Association (LVHCA) has announced its new board members for 2008.

            President Kiki Bandilla has more than 10 years of real estate experience. She is currently the director of business development for Viridian Group, a full-service real estate brokerage representing Sullivan Square.  

Vice President Matt Hennessy is the western division manager of Citigroup’s National Builder Division and the only native Las Vegan on the board. Treasurer Karen Dubose has more than 20 years of real estate experience. She works for RMI Management, LLC, where she supervises the high-rise division. Secretary and Membership Director Patty Fournier is the regional business development representative for Humphreys & Partners Architects in its Las Vegas office.
