Las Vegas High-Rise & Condominium Association
holds monthly breakfast meeting on April 18

Who: Keynote speakers David Rauch and George Van Oosbree, of Pro Tec Building Services, will address members and guests of the Las Vegas High-Rise & Condominium Association (LVHCA), including representatives from Sky Las Vegas, the month’s featured developer, and the Regional Transportation Commission (RTC).

What: The topic of this month’s program is “Suburban to Urban.” President David Rauch and Senior Vice President George Van Oosbree lead Pro Tec Building Services, a “new community consultant” specializing in developer risk management and maintenance, which is located in California and operates throughout the U.S. They will be talking about the distinct challenges in suburban versus urban development. A representative from Sky Las Vegas will be on hand to provide the latest information about the high-rise condo development near Sahara and the Las Vegas Strip. Doug Bradford with the RTC will talk briefly about transportation and its Club Ride program.

The event is open to the public. The cost is $10 for members and $30 for non-members who RSVP in advance. The price increases by $10 at the door.
