OUR MISSION
The LVHCA exists to assist and educate the public, the real estate industry, and the development community through an open and honest exchange of non-proprietary information and ideas. LVHCA creates a SYNERGY amongst our members who share their extensive experience, knowledge, expertise, and resources in the condominium and mixed-use development industry to serve as the cohesive authority regarding the Las Vegas market.

LVHCA is the leading source for accurate information and education regarding condominium and mixed use developments in Las Vegas for REALTORS, developers, media, and consumers.
12 Month Sponsorships
Sponsorships help underwrite the costs for members and participants’ involvement including developers, real estate professionals and vendors making it affordable for them to participate in multiple levels. Your sponsorship assures LVHCA’s ongoing ability to bring premium programs and educational offerings to our members as well as business opportunities, leadership development and resources.
We are actively seeking avenues through our public relations company BP Public Relations and other sources to broaden the reach of this association and offer our members a pull of information and resources that might not otherwise be financially viable. Additionally, your support will enhance our appeal and awareness in the marketplace which will increase attendance and maximize the impact we can make in the high-rise arena. LVHCA’s groundbreaking platform provides an atypical approach to an “association” with a fresh and creative outlook. Just one meeting will impress upon you the high level of synergistic energy exuding from the participants in this industry and that is LVHCA.
As sponsors with LVHCA, your organization is recognized as a creative and cutting edge leader in the high-rise market. LVHCA has partnered with ERealEstateExec, the impressive digital real estate trade publication that targets the local real estate professional. Strategically our affiliation allows us to offer you a discounted advertising program which placing you in a medium that is aligned with your marketing goal. Reach the most highly targeted market with the finest product for the best price in online advertising. We negotiated highly reduced rate packages as part of the sponsorship programs. ERealEstateExec’s leading edge tools and professional writers provide readership with timely articles and exciting information via their Vertical Update Column all about the high-rise market.
To maximize the level of exposure for sponsors, we have offered only 1 entry level (unlimited availability) and 3 high-level (limited to 1 a year on each level), full package sponsorships for a 12 month program. These exclusive sponsors will gain the extraordinary exposure to this market that is unsurpassed by other associations. Note sponsorships are available to Affiliate & Developer Members only at member pricing.

Sponsor 4 monthly breakfast meetings
• Includes individual display table at month each of the 4 monthly meeting
• 2 breakfasts at each of the 4 meetings

• Website listing (banner ad) on LVHCA Website with live link
• Introduction by LVHCA Board member
• 5 minute personal presentation at the beginning of each of the 4 meetings
• Allow sponsor to offer a drawing prize at each of the 4 meetings

Refer a Friend Program:
Refer a Sponsor, Associate, Affiliate or Developer member and earn Skyscraper points toward breakfasts or future sponsorship events.
It’s easy. Refer a colleague or business associate to join LVHCA or to be a sponsor and earn points toward a FREE breakfast or sponsorship discount. Just let us know who the person is and let them know to give your name as the referral. When you come to the next meeting bring your Skyscraper Points Card and we will punch it if your referral has joined. Refer only 5 new Associate members and get a FREE breakfast with prior RSVP. Affiliate & Developer Membership referrals that join receive 10% off of any sponsorship package available.
